Your Digital Journey

Perhaps you are wondering if counseling or therapy is right for you – and whether I am the right therapist to help you. After all, you have many options and choices.

Many years ago, before becoming a therapist, I was in a situation probably similar to yours. When I felt severely depressed, I wanted help to get me through this difficult time. But where to start and how to go about it?

I eventually realized that it’s a long, often overwhelming, painful, and at times frustrating process. It looked something like this:

  • Awareness of an issue

Something is not quite right with you or your life. The way you think, feel, or behave. Or maybe a friend, partner, or co-worker has told you.

  • Research issue and therapists

You start searching the Internet or ask friends or family. Things are narrowing down over time. Eventually, you decide to seek professional help. You will look at listings, portals, and google in your area or neighborhood.

  • Contact therapist

You make a few selections, then decide to check a few websites, look at profile pictures, and read about the therapists. How do you decide?

The solution is quite simple. I suggest you use your intuition, your gut feeling! If you like what you see and read on this website, why not contact me for a 15 minute free consultation on the phone or on secure video chat.

I promise, there is no pressure and no obligation for you to make a decision.  It’s simply a way to get to know each other and to see if we are a good fit.
